General T&Cs:
To take driving lessons, you must:
Hold a valid NSW Learner Driver's Licence.
Have a driving licence recognised in NSW, such as a provisional or full licence or an appropriate foreign licence.
You must provide your instructor with proof of your valid driving licence before your first driving lesson begins. If you do not provide this proof, the instructor can refuse to conduct the lesson and may still charge you.
Driving Lesson/Packages
The package price must be paid in full upfront.
Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Packages are valid for three months from the date of the first lesson.
Driving lessons will start and finish at the agreed-upon times. We cannot extend the lesson if you are running late, so please arrive on time at the pick-up point.
Driving Test (DT) Booking:
The fees for hiring a car for the driver's test must be paid at least three days in advance.
Please provide your driving test booking details to your instructor at least three days before your test.
Make sure to book the Practical Car Driver’s Test (DT). Please double-check your booking, as there have been cases where people accidentally reserved the Driver Knowledge Test (DKT) or the Hazard Perception Test (HPT) instead of the Practical Driver Test (DT). It's the learner's responsibility to confirm that the correct test is booked.
If your test gets cancelled due to a lack of identity proof, missing documents, or any other reason for which you are responsible, we cannot refund the booking fees. Before your test, please visit the NSW Service to confirm that all your documents are in order.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us manage our schedule effectively and to accommodate other students, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your driving lesson.
Same-Day Cancellations:
If a lesson is cancelled on the same day or at the last minute without prior notice, the full amount for the lesson will be charged. This is because it becomes difficult to fill the time slot on short notice.
Why This Policy Exists:
We aim to provide a positive learning experience for everyone. By giving us advance notice, you help us maintain a smooth schedule and allow other students the opportunity to book a lesson.
Unexpected Situations:
We understand that emergencies and health issues can occur. If you anticipate being unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out at least one day in advance.
